I was surprised to come upon this labyrinth at a campsite in Wild Rivers Recreation Area, Rio Grande del Norte National Monument. It wasn’t surprised to see me.

It’s one of my favorite spots. Beautiful, tough trails, but you are much younger than me, so they are probably easy for you. Make sure they haven’t closed – I don’t know if they stay open all year.
Thanks Donna, I’ll give the visitor center a call today. It does look like some of the trails are closed, but I think there is still probably a ton to explore. Is there a campground that I should shoot for?
I like Little Arsenic. Or Big Arsenic. They are close to the trails to the Rio Grande. Little Arsenic allows dogs on the trail. Big Arsenic doesn’t.
