Turtleback Mountain Fences

I am continually amazed to see where folks have made fences.  Add to that how and why.  This is some rough land to the east of Turtleback Mountain.

  1. My question would be “why?”. How effective is that fence going to be without some sturdy posts? Or maybe just the sight of the fence is enough for cattle?
