I think folks are hoping visitors (or photographers) are not looking above street level.

Always Backroads 
Ugh…it wouldn’t take much money or effort to go take down those curtains, replace the boarded window, and put a new coat of roof paint on the metal roof. Even if they did nothing else, the improvement would be terrific and would fool most folks into thinking the building had been renovated. As it is, yuck…
But such beautiful detail in the architecture. I would love to see this renovated.
