I wish I could have found a great image like yours when I posted this poem! The one I found wasn’t as “rural” as yours.

Featuring suicide doors like on your car!
Why are they called suicide doors? This could be an interesting poem…
If you look at the picture the handles are together so the door swing wide open. Because of the way the back door was facing, they could catch the wind and blow open – pulling an occupant out. Lincoln continentals featured them.
Not good.
