Chamisa Fence

Chamisa and shadows – this was taken a couple of months ago near Ramah, New Mexico.

Just across the road are Pueblo ruins from about 1200.

    amazing how they could dwell in the rock like that!

  4. Such a hot and dry climate- I imagine building under the rocks helped cool their homes off a bit.
