Hiking today we saw the first buds on cactus plants. Might see some full flowers next week.
This round cactus is about the size of a golf ball.
Claret Cup cactus with red buds.
And a sweet baby barrel cactus. It’s about 4” in diameter (without the fish-hook spines).
